I returned this afternoon to Florida from my trip to Boston where I attended the SAP Business Influencer Summit. The event had a lot of new content related to cloud computing, SME, Business ByDesign and Analytics. I will be writing about it on my CRM blog in Spanish - www.jesushoyos.com.
In this post, I want to talk about my quick analysis of the conversations that were created as of today at 9pm. Many conversations were created via twitter and blogs; and using Radian6, I came up with the following results based on the snapshot of conversations below:
click graph to see a larger image
First Column: some tweets and post by engagement of the conversations - retweets and comments.
Second Column, cloud of words from tweet, comments and blogs: Key topics were iPhone, SME, Business ByDesign, Silverlight, 2010 and sustainability. The cloud analysis did not pick up any topics about In-Memory or Analytics. I guess that these 2 topics were not part of our conversations on Twitter or blogs.
Second Column, second chart: tweets by language: the Spanish tweets were my tweets. We also got some German tweets.
Third Column: Some of the tweets about the "SME" topic.

Plus I will check back on my analysis next Monday to see how the conversations are evolving. I think we will have more conversations that will come from blogs in the next few days.
